NYX Hockey gear is engineered for peak performance on the ice. But even the most durable equipment can succumb to the intense demands of high-stakes play. Please review our warranty guidelines below to determine if your gear qualifies for a replacement.

General Warranty Information

NYX Hockey will replace any defective composite sticks, shafts, for 30 days after purchase date. Team hockey sticks do not carry a manufacturer's warranty.

Proof of Purchase is Required: You must provide original proof of purchase (a receipt, email confirmation, or bank statement) to initiate a claim. Warranty is not transferrable.

Normal Wear and Tear Excluded: The warranty typically covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, not normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.

Modifications Void Warranty: Any modifications, alterations, or improper installations may void the warranty.

Return Authorization (RA) Needed: Products cannot be returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you must obtain from NYX's customer service via e-mail before shipping the item back.

All products are replaced one time and one time only.

Please read the conditions below for better understanding of our policy:

The product was purchased by an authorized NYX Hockey dealer

The product is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase - no photocopies or hand written receipts will be accepted)

The product broke during normal use as a result of manufacturers defect

The product was not exposed to an open flame and shows no signs of being overheated or altered from an outside source

NYX Hockey will replace the product with the exact product that is defective. If the product is no longer available, we will replace with a grip or non grip stick or upgrade you free of charge

The product was not damaged by contact with a skate, stick, boards, goals, bench, door, another player, etc.

The product was not a promotional giveaway, demo stick, or sample product
-
Small dings and scratches on product may occur during normal use of all products and are not covered under warranty

Warranty restrictions will be determined completely by NYX Hockey ​

To reduce your return shipping cost, feel free to cut down any defective hockey sticks so that they fit into a smaller box. Alternative arrangements can be made for local customers versus shipping.
How to Begin a Warranty Claim
To find out if your specific product is eligible and to start the process:

Gather Necessary Information: Ensure you have your original proof of purchase and be ready to provide a description and often pictures of the problem.

Contact Customer Service: Do not return the product to the retailer or the company without prior authorization. Contact customer service via email, phone, or an online form to initiate the return process and receive an RA number.​ Contact info@nyxhockey.com

Return the Product: Once you have your RA number and instructions, write the number on your proof of purchase and on the outside of the return package. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to NYX Hockey prepaid.

Inspection and Resolution: NYX Hockey reserves the right to inspect the item to determine if the damage is a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty. Upon approval, they will repair or replace the product at their discretion.
