Shipping Policies

​Order Production & Lead Time

NYX Hockey partners with a certified manufacturing facility for custom and team stick production. Once an order is submitted and confirmed:

• Custom & Team Stick Production Time: Typically 4 - 6 weeks for the ordering and shipment process to complete.

• Stock Sticks: Ship within 1-3 business days when inventory is available. Pick-up at our head office in Columbia, Maryland is also available.

Domestic Shipping 

After arriving at NYX’s distribution point:

• Domestic transit typically ranges 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination.

• Tracking information will be provided once items are scanned into the U.S. shipping carrier system.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard shipping costs for in-stock sticks is $12.99.

• Additional surcharges may apply for oversized deliveries or custom orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, NYX Hockey is not responsible for theft, mis-delivery, or address errors submitted at checkout. Delivery disputes must be filed directly with the carrier; NYX will support documentation where able.

Shipping Damage

If an order arrives damaged:

1. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery

2. Include photos of packaging and product

3. Retain all packaging materials until inspection is complete

Failure to notify in the stated timeframe may limit eligibility for replacement.
