Yes, we offer a 30-day simple process for warranty replacement. Should the unfortunate event happen that your NYX stick is broken during normal use please send us photos of the stick, the entire stick in pieces, where it broke zoomed in, a picture of the serial number and a description of how it happened. Our support team will evaluate your claim and should your claim be accepted, we will gladly replace your stick one time with a new one to match what you previously ordered.
The inputs are generally height, weight, and style of play. This will indicate length, flex, kickpoint, and curve.
Height : When on skates, the top of the stick should be between your nose and your chin. The best way to determine this is to take your current stick and stand it on the tip of the blade at a 90-degree angle upright and measure from the floor to the top of the stick in inches and order that as your personalized stick length. Shorter sticks offer better in close puck handling and longer sticks tend to have a more powerful shot.
Weight : We believe the old school calculation of 50% of your body weight is outdated. Please use our Stick Fitting Calculator (http://www.nyxhockey.com/stick-fitting)to help you determine your appropriate flex.
Style of Play : Low kick points have a faster release and are helpful in tight spaces (close to the crease), whereas mid kick points create more velocity for shots farther from the crease (think high slot, blue line).
Curve : Personal preference, but toe curves tend to be good for those short release shots, but passing might be tougher to control. Heel curves tend to have a longer blade therefore creating more velocity and are used by defensemen for long range shots and passes.

Yes! We offer deals on stock and custom stick designs. We partner with team and summer camp organizers to provide some really great perks for the coaches, parents, and players without asking for much back besides the normal course of business of playing hard and having fun using the equipment from NYX. We would love to see more players wear their team logos on their sticks with a professional finish vs. a gimmicky sticker that weighs down the stick and falls off after a few ice sessions. Please contact us at info@nyxhockey.com (info@nyxhockey.com)and we would love to help make it happen -- our whole point is to grow the game and a big part of that is our investment towards athletic development in our local communities.
