Hockey is a high-impact sport involving rapid movement, high-velocity shots, and frequent contact. By purchasing and using NYX products, the customer acknowledges these inherent risks and understands that equipment breakage, impact stress, and performance wear are expected outcomes of high-intensity hockey use.

Customization Finality -
Custom-designed sticks, team graphics, and personalized specifications are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except in cases of verified manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Limitation of Liability -
NYX Hockey, including its owners, affiliates, designers, and manufacturers, is not liable for:

• Injury or damages arising from product use or play

• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

• Equipment breakage occurring during normal hockey impact, high-velocity play, or repetitive stress use

Improper Use & Modification -
The following fall outside permitted use and void liability protections:

• Heating, cutting, reshaping, repainting, or structural alteration

• Exposure to open flame, unnatural heat sources, or chemical treatments

• Use outside normal ice hockey play (concrete, asphalt, etc will void protection)

Product Variation Notice -
Composite sticks are hand-finished. Cosmetic differences such as minor paint variation, clear coat patterns, or surface marks not affecting performance are not considered defects and do not qualify for warranty replacement.
